Quality of Life Improvements: New Dashboard Updates

We’re excited to announce some new Skio dashboard improvements that are designed to make life easier for both brands and customers. Let’s dive in!

Static Box Upsells

It’s now possible to display static box products in your upsell carousel and in the subscription view within the customer portal.

This change allows customers to add static boxes to their existing subscriptions directly through the portal, bypassing the need to place a new checkout order.

Previously, adding these boxes was only possible during a new subscription. The update simplifies subscription changes, offering flexibility to add or swap products within selected boxes without additional checkout steps.

Easy Magic Link Login

You can now easily access 'Magic Link' logins through the dashboard.

Head to the 'Manage' section of the dashboard and find the relevant subscriber, then click “Magic Link” to receive a link to login. This feature generates a link that shows the customer’s view of their customer portal view. By using a Magic Link, you get a direct insight into your customers’ firsthand experience, enabling you to test different elements like customer blocks and smart upsell offerings.

Customize Email Notifications

You now have control over copy for account login emails.

Accessible through the dashboard under Customer Portal > Copy/Translations, this feature allows for more personalized communication, aligning these emails with your brand’s tone and style.
